The Support Group is a Great Barrier Island community-based organisation, in a community proudly taking care of our own.
Our aim: “Giving every island resident the opportunity to live healthy, fulfilling, independent lives, and to fully participate in the community.”
He aha te mea nui i te ao? He tangata, he tangata, he tangata. – What is important? It is people, it is people, it is people.
- Did you know we offer Counselling, Crisis Support, and Funding advice?
- Need something? We have two vans, different marquees and many more resources you can hire if you are a community group, or even for a private function (apart from the vans).
- Do you want to know who funds our services on the island?
